Timely Health Tips editorial illustrations

This was one of the most challenging briefs yet. I was pulling my hair out by the end of it.

Best time to take a bath- one or two hrs before bed
Best time to take a nap- between one and three in the afternoon
Best time to floss- after brushing
Best time to weigh yourself- the same time every day
Best time to buy shoes- at the end of the day
Best time to stretch for walking- Five mins into the walk
